I am beyond excited to announce that I will be partnering with the Rookie Blooms Flower Farm to co-create a nature-led, heart-opening evening.

Join us as we immerse ourselves in the natural world. Guided by innate wisdom, we will move through a Transformative Breathwork Journey that is a combination of conscious connected breathing, awareness practices and curated soundscapes. These experiences are to move past the conscious mind and into the Truth of who we are.
