  • If you have been on the fence about attending a group, just do it. Try it- just one! I promise you will want to go back. Once you lay down and close your eyes, Bri starts talking and you forget about everyone else. I’ve tried to meditate on my own and can’t keep my mind still but I have no issue in this class, it was amazing! I honestly cannot rant enough about Bri & her services! Give it a try, if your going in with an open mind I promise you will walk away so glad you took the step. Can’t wait for more!
