My educational journey blends formal and experiential study, integrating academic inquiry with earth-based traditions, Western philosophical foundations, Eastern wisdom lineages, and field-based approaches to consciousness, the mind and subtle energy systems.
Since 2017, I have worked with therapeutic, energetic, and holistic practices, training extensively in Hatha & Raja Yoga, Meditation within the Sri Vidya Tantra lineage, Developmental trauma Work, breathwork, various forms of energy healing, nutrition, and years of group and holistic healing apprenticeships.
At the core of my work are transpersonal psychology, field-based approaches to relational and energetic dynamics, holistic healing, and the cultivation of presence, intuition, and embodied wisdom. In 2020, I began facilitating groups and now offer immersive, in-person experiences throughout the Lower Mainland.
