About Me
My educational journey blends formal and experiential study, integrating academic inquiry with Eastern philosophical foundations, Western esoteric traditions, and the study of mind and consciousness cross culturally.
I have worked with therapeutic, energetic, and holistic practices, training extensively in Hatha & Raja Yoga and meditation within the Sri Vidya Tantra lineage, developmental trauma work, various forms of hands-off and hands near energy healing, breathwork, nutrition and years of apprenticeships in group facilitation.
At the heart of my work is the exploration of consciousness through depth work, archetypal inquiry, energy-based practices and holistic approaches to transformation and healing.
