BREATHWORK, ENERGY WORK AND GROUP PROCESSING

Every breathwork journey is a deeply personal and transformative process, designed to purify and reorganize the Etheric and Physical Body.

These groups offer a unique synthesis of specific breathing patterns, energy coherence practices, and curated soundscapes — guiding you beyond the thinking mind and deeper into the truth of who you are.

Unlike typical breathwork or support circles, these are processing groups. They are intentionally structured spaces where participants are invited to bring their own lived material—their challenges, emotions, and inner “stuff”—into the container. This very material becomes the doorway into deeper healing, allowing unresolved blocks to be accessed, expressed, and transformed in real time.

The work touches both emotional and biographical layers, inviting you to uncover, feel, and integrate aspects of yourself that reside in the unconscious.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Breathwork is not advised for individuals with:

    •    Heart conditions of any kind

    •    History of seizures or epilepsy

    •    Pregnancy

    •    Severe psychiatric conditions (including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis)

    •    High or uncontrolled blood pressure

    •    Recent major surgery or physical injury

If any of these apply, please consult with your physician before engaging in breathwork practices.

  •     Depth: Profound, transformative sessions designed to support deep inner work and personal growth.

    •    Structure: Combines extended breathwork, energy work, sound, traditional healing principles and guided group processing to create a rich, immersive experience.

    •    Purpose: For participants ready to explore deep transformation, integration, and holistic healing.

    •    Vibe: Ceremonial and intentionally sacred—an immersive container for exploring expanded states of consciousness.

    •    Commitment: Typically longer sessions, offering space for deep engagement and integration.

  • If you have been on the fence about attending a group, just do it. Try it- just one! I promise you will want to go back. Once you lay down and close your eyes, Bri starts talking and you forget about everyone else. I’ve tried to meditate on my own and can’t keep my mind still but I have no issue in this class, it was amazing! I honestly cannot rant enough about Bri & her services!
