    A curated practice that you do every day for 40-days straight (no days missed)

    To purify and strengthen the body, break old mental habits, transform erratic or dense energies (emotions), develop will-power and healthful self-discipline, increase concentration and to fortify the connection with nature, intuition and spirituality.
