EKA DASI KRIYA

11-Day Purification Practice for Subconscious Clearing

Hone the ancient technology of pranayama to clear physical, mental and emotional imprints to restore internal harmony and strengthen nervous system capacity.

An 11-day immersion into clearing the subconscious mind.

The Method

Eka Dasi Kriya is a powerful 11-day pranayama process.

Within this lineage, 11 is held as a sacred number, offering structure and protection to the subtle forces of the mind and etheric body.

Practiced over 11 consecutive days, this kriya works to penetrate, clear, and purify the subconscious - bringing awareness to patterns that are unseen yet deeply influential.

The Mechanics

In Rudolf Steiner’s 4-part human model, the etheric body—the layer of life force directly interwoven with the physical body—holds the imprint of one’s biography as lived experience.

It does not store memory in the way the brain does, as discrete events recalled in sequence. Rather it retains the qualitative tone of a life: whether one’s early environment felt warm or cold, whether life has been experienced as expansive or constricted, whether the underlying emotional rhythm has been trust or fear.

In this way, the etheric body becomes the carrier of subconscious patterning.

In the Indian tradition, this layer closely corresponds to the Pranamaya Kosha—the sheath composed of prana, or vital life force.

Because this layer is shaped by rhythm and breath, it can be directly influenced through pranayama.

Through specific breathing techniques, we are not only shifting state—we are repatterning the etheric field itself, gradually transforming the subconscious imprints it holds.

What’s Included

11 Guided Practices
A daily sequence of pre-recorded sessions using evolving breath ratios and kriya structures to deepen coherence and internal stability.

2 Live Integration Calls
Held throughout the process to refine technique, stabilize the nervous system, and support what arises as practice deepens.

The Practice Manual
A complete guide including breath maps, progression tracking, and contemplative prompts to support integration beyond the sessions.

Transform Your Life

Your external life is not random but a projection of your inner world. To change what you see and experience, you must root out the subconscious beliefs that are running the show.

Remember, we can’t see these beliefs consciously but we know they’re operating by how we feel and the thoughts we repeatedly think.

This is a purification process that will allow for new belief systems to take root.
