You will work progressively with five ancient, time-tested breathing ratios. Each one building precision, capacity, and awareness.

A sequence of daily pre-recorded practices, each one building progressively. You’ll be led through precise breath ratios and evolving kriya structures designed to safely and systematically deepen your capacity.

Interactive calls to support what arises through the process. These sessions are a space to refine technique, stabilize the nervous system, and work consciously with any emotional or energetic shifts.
