Yoga Nidra guides you through the gentle withdrawal of the senses (pratyahara), allowing the mind to settle, the nervous system to unwind, and the body to return to its natural state of balance.
Through a guided rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, and subtle inner imagery, you’re led into the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep — a doorway to pure presence.
In this state, the brain shifts into theta brainwave state, where deep rest, integration, and subconscious clearing and re-patterning naturally occur.
